Georgians are a little sad tonight because one of our native sons, Senator Johnny Isakson died at his home in Atlanta today. He was 76 years old.

Born on this day in 1920 in Bolt, West Virginia, American country music singer and songwriter James Cecil Dickens, better known by his stage name “Little Jimmy Dickens.”
